Create a Strong Foundation

I call this PEAK FIT FOUNDATION During our foundation building phase we focus on 3 key areas-

1- Body Awareness



We all want a healthy body that is can efficiently and well and for years to come. When you focus first on building your PEAK FIT FOUNDATION this allows you to achieve bigger and longer-lasting gains later down the road. You need this foundation to be rock solid if you want to construct a skyscraper of fitness on top of it.


Quality Over Quantity

I focus on creating a workout that is specific to you and your needs. To create a positive change your body needs the right amount of stimulus placed on it. Time is important to all of us, and I want to make the most out of your time spent working towards your goals.

Your program will be more than just logging miles. You will have strength workouts, you will work on your mobility and of course I will get you out there running. To run better, you need to MOVE better throughout your day!

Having a growth mindset means you believe that your most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work.
